You run three groups with 24 people. In March, 19 of them came to at least one training. Your invoice on 1 April: €19.
For dog handlers
Always free. You get an account through your trainer’s invitation and never see a bill from us.
Questions people ask
Do my customers have to pay anything?
No. Handler accounts are free, without limits. Only trainers are billed.
Who counts as an active customer?
Anyone who took part in at least one training during that calendar month counts as active. People who were away, injured or on a break are not counted.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Without a payment method on file, your account is paused after 30 days. Your data is kept for the time being. You can carry on whenever you want.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You get a final invoice for the month you cancelled in, and nothing after that.
