Do my customers have to pay anything?
No. Handler accounts are free, without limits. Only trainers are billed.
Who counts as an active customer?
Anyone who took part in at least one training during that calendar month counts as active. People who were away, injured or on a break are not counted.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Without a payment method on file, your account is paused after 30 days. Your data is kept for the time being. You can carry on whenever you want.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Trailea runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen on iPhone and Android, including notifications.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. The website itself sets no tracking cookies.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You get a final invoice for the month you cancelled in, and nothing after that.
Is Trailea only for mantrailing?
It is built around trailing, where the changing training locations and the pairing of dog and hiding person are the laborious parts. Groups that organise nose work or search sports in a similar way use it just as well.
